Refund Policy of Mhymatch Headhunters Private Limited

Returns

Our returns policy lasts for a total of 30 calendar days. If 30 days have elapsed since the date of your original purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange. To qualify for a refund, the following specific conditions must be met:

  • The individual must not have participated in any interviews.

  • The individual must not have engaged with a mentor or a mentee.

  • The individual must not have interacted with any investors or investees.

  • The individual must not have attended any community events, whether they are conducted digitally or in person.

Please be informed that refunds are only applicable if the individual has not experienced any of the above-mentioned digital or in-person engagements.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or some form of proof of purchase. Please note that any item returned more than 30 calendar days after delivery will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your return request, we will promptly send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. In that email, we will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment you used, within a timeframe of 7 calendar days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account once more for any updates. Then, reach out to your credit card company, as it may take some additional time before your refund is officially posted to your account. Next, you may want to contact your bank, as there is often some processing time required before a refund appears.
