Meet the Founder

Arjun, is the Founder of Mhymatch and with an educational pedigree from The Doon School, St Stephens College, and Symbiosis.
He's spent over two and a half decades perfecting his craft in consulting, business HR, and entrepreneurship, working with industry titans like Kearney, Aon Hewitt, Mercer, and KPMG.
Arjun's forte is - blending communities, talent acquisition, talent development, innovation, and fostering a tech-friendly culture. He served as HR Head at the National Skill Development Corporation (the skilling body of India).
Subsequently, Arjun led the 'future of work' and 'future of skills' initiatives for India, a Pan India program backed by Ministry Of Electronics and IT. As a managed service partner, his team launched the platform FutureSkills Prime during covid and took the platform to 1.5 million learners in 15 months.
He's currently penning the Abundance Code, a revolutionary blueprint aimed at creating a whopping 12 million jobs in India across the talent pyramid using with AI at its backbone.
